By registering, you acknowledge and agree that parent and player names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other registration information may be collected, stored, used, and shared by the league for operational, administrative, communication, scheduling, transportation, safety, and promotional purposes.

You further acknowledge and consent that such information may be shared with league officials, coaches, team parents, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, current or prospective participants, community organizations, and other third parties when deemed reasonably necessary for league operations, team communication, recruitment efforts, promotional activities, marketing initiatives, or to encourage participation in league programs and events.

By registering, you expressly authorize the league to use and disclose this information for these purposes without additional notice or consent, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Participants, parents, and guardians are expected to use any shared information responsibly and solely for legitimate league-related purposes. Social media should be used in a manner that reflects good sportsmanship and respect for others and must not be used to harass, bully, or make negative or defamatory comments regarding players, parents, coaches, volunteers, officials, or staff.
